Services and Payment
SaunaNor offers staffed saunagus/breathwork sessions to the public. Prices are listed in DKK including VAT and taxes. Payment can be made via Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and MobilePay through the website. Tickets exist online and are valid for the current season.
Cancellations & refunds
We issue refunds only when an error or cancellation is caused by SaunaNor. In all other cases—including sudden cancellations due to force majeure (events outside SaunaNor’s control, such as severe weather etc.)—bookings are non-refundable. In such cases, your ticket(s) will be returned to your profile for later use within the original expiry date.
You can manage bookings in My profile. Customers must cancel at least 12 hours before the start of the session. Timely cancellations automatically return the ticket(s) to your profile for later use, subject to the original expiry date. We do not issue refunds for late cancellations or no-shows.
Multi-Pass Tickets
One pass equals one spot in a saunagus session. You can book more than one spot if you’d like to bring others to the same session. Multi-pass tickets exist online and are valid for the current season. You can use your multi-pass for booking when logged in.
Gift Cards
You can buy online gift cards for saunagus to give to others. The gift card includes a code to be entered, and it is sent via email. Gift cards are valid for the current season.
